Dr Cheryl Chin graduated from the University of Queensland with First Class Honours where she received the Faculty of Health and Behavioural Sciences Dean’s Award, and Colgate-Palmolive Undergraduate Research Prize with her research publications. Dr Cheryl has experience working at both public and private sectors in Fraser Coast regional Queensland prior to joining the team at Central Dental. Dr Cheryl is known to her patients for her empathetic and gentle demeanour. She has a passion for all aspects of general and family dentistry. She aims to build trusting relationships with her patients to achieve healthy smiles in a comfortable and relaxing environment. To ensure all her patients receive the best possible care, Dr Cheryl is a member of the Australian Dental Association and keeps up to date with the latest advancements in modern dentistry. During her free time, Dr Cheryl loves exploring new hobbies including watercolour painting, reading and baking.

Dr Priya Sohal holds a Bachelors of Dental Sciences and enjoys all aspects of dentistry. Providing dental care in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere are the priorities of Dr Priya. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and takes a special interest in preventative and restorative dentistry. She is diligent in her pursuit to stay current in providing the profession’s leading dental care at Park Ridge Dental with main focus on practicing gentle dentistry. Dr Priya enjoys improving patient’s smiles and is known by her patients as gentle and kind. In her spare time, Priya enjoys cooking, travelling and spending time with family.

Dr Michelle Zhang graduated from the University of Queensland’s Bachelor of Dental Science (Hons) with First Class Honours. She has experience working in the Metro North Brisbane, West Moreton and rural Queensland regions, and appreciates having the chance to improve the health of patients from all walks of life. Dr Michelle is a gentle and caring dentist, who strives to ensure her patients feel at ease in the chair. She is passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives and loves to change their perspective on dentistry, particularly if they have had poor experiences in the past. She will take her time to carefully listen to your goals and concerns, and ensure the treatment is tailored to your needs. Dr Michelle is a current member of the Australian Dental Association, Australian Society of Endodontology and an active volunteer with the Tzu Chi Foundation. Outside of the clinic, she loves to spend her free time experimenting with fun new recipes, and testing these recipes on her family and friends! She tries to stay active, and spends her days off work at the gym or enjoying a home pilates session.

Dr Jakub Lazorka graduated from the University of Queensland Dental School with Honours in 1998. Dr Jakub has worked in private practice since graduation and has developed a vast experience across general practice dentistry. As a member of the Australian Dental Association, Dr Jakub regularly attends post graduate education courses to keep up-to-date with the ever-advancing techniques and technology of a modern general dental practice. Dr Jakub enjoys working with patients to improve their oral health and helping them understand the underlying factors that contribute to various oral health problems. He is a firm believer that with the right education, most patients are better equipped to prevent common oral and dental problems. Outside work, Dr Jakub loves spending time with family and friends, in particular enjoying the great outdoors with his two daughters. A fitness enthusiast, Dr Jakub works out regularly at his local CrossFit boxing gym. He usually has a good story about his latest workout and the bruises to prove it!.

Dr Jonathan Jom completed his studies at Griffith University on the Gold Coast, during which he received many academic excellence awards. He has experience working in both public and private dental clinics, where he practiced all facets of general dentistry. Dr Jonathan joined the Park Ridge Dental team in 2016. Dr Jonathan prides himself on his communication with patients and his ability to put even the most apprehensive patients at ease. He is known for his warm and friendly nature, which patients gravitate towards. Dr Jonathan is committed to keeping up with the latest technology and techniques through continuing professional education. In his spare time Dr Jonathan is a ‘foodie’ and loves to try out new restaurants and cafes in the Brisbane and Logan areas. He enjoys watching and playing tennis, catching up on the latest movies, and loves doting on his little nephew and niece.

A graduate of University of Queensland, Victor has been practicing in rural communities since finishing his degree. Victor enjoys an upbeat and relaxed approach to dentistry. He endeavours to make appointments fun and will go on tangents about random topics.
