I graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2013 and have worked in both community and general practice since.
Since graduating I have worked to develop my dental skills and knowledge, participating in continuing professional development courses and I passed the MFDS exam to join the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2015.
Dentistry is a profession that I enjoy. I like the actual dentistry itself, particularly restorative dentistry and endodontics, and I appreciate the opportunities it has for career long learning. One of the aspects of dentistry I enjoy most is getting to know my patients, working with them to help them achieve the beautiful and healthy smile they desire in an environment which I hope they find friendly and as comfortable as possible!
I first had the opportunity to visit Australia when I carried out a placement with the RFDS as part of my degree and it is a country I hope to explore more of while living here. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling and exploring my surroundings.
