Dr Vanza completed her obstetrics and gynaecology training across several premier tertiary hospitals throughout New South Wales, including Royal Prince Alfred and John Hunter Hospitals. Her fellowship years were focused on minimally invasive gynaecological surgery, which she undertook through a prestigious Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy and Surgery (AGES) accredited unit. Remaining at the forefront of current evidence and best practice medicine, Dr Vanza has authored and co-authored several research papers pertaining to her field and has presented these at National and International Conferences. She has also written a book chapter on Obesity and Gynaecological Ultrasound.
