  • As the mother of two young Men (one a sensitive soul and the other independently headstrong), Jo is passionate about enhancing individual and group performance across all areas of life – including mental health, employment, relationships, and parenting. Her home-life also means she has an active interest in reducing male mental health stigma and improving early intervention and support mechanisms for Men. With 13 years’ experience in adult and adolescent mental health, Jo has worked in military and performance-based settings. Her methods are collaborative and evidence based, utilising goal-setting to work through concerns, life difficulties and challenges. Out of hours, Jo is an avid runner, netballer and tennis player. Affiliations & Experience: Australian Defence Force Senior Psychologist, Open Arms Psychologist, Queensland University of Technology Dance Psychologist, AFL Queensland Psychologist, University of Queensland Sport and Exercise Psychology Service Psychologist, AHPRA Board-approved supervisor.
