Are there any fees?

For health services up to $1,000 with our 10-week instalment plan, the only time LatitudePay ever charges fees is if the weekly payments decline, in which case a $10 late fee applies. They will call, text, or email you to arrange an alternative method of payment.

To access health services up to $10,000 with our 6 to 24 month plans, there is with a simple $10 monthly fee. If you miss a payment, a $15 late fee applies, but LatitudePay will send you a reminder to help keep you on track.

 

What services can I access through LatitudePay

You can use LatitudePay to access health services between a minimum $20 and maximum of $10,000. Look for the LatitudePay logo on your health provider page to see if the service is eligible.

 

What will I see on my credit card or bank statement?

You will see LatitudePay on your statement for each instalment payment.  Your health provider will not be seen on your statement

 

Can I use LatitudePay instore as well as online

This depends on the agreement we have with your health provider.  Look for the LatitudePay logo on your health provider page to see payment options 

Can I place more than one order using LatitudePay?

You can make purchases up to your approved LatitudePay limit. For example, if your limit is $2,000, you can place as many orders as you wish provided that it does not exceed this limit, and meets the minimum credit approval of $1,000.

How does LatitudePay work?

LatitudePay gives you the ability to access the health services when you need them most and pay later, interest free. Applying is simple – and free!

To access health services up to $1,000 with our 10-week instalment plan, LatitudePay takes the first instalment when you commit to a purchase, with the remaining balance being processed weekly, that means you pay 10% upfront and the rest of the purchase is paid in 9 weekly automatic payments. with no interest, and no fees if you pay on time. 

To access health services up to $10,000 with our 6 to 24 month plans, LatitudePay takes the first instalment when you commit to a purchase, with the remaining balance spread in equal monthly instalments over the term of the plan.  There is no establishment fee, and with a simple $10 monthly fee. If you miss a payment, a $15 late fee applies, but LatitudePay will send you a reminder to help keep you on track.

Look for the LatitudePay logo on your health provider page to see if the service is eligible.  Choose LatitudePay at the checkout. The first instalment will be charged when you checkout. 

Who can use LatitudePay

You need to be a temporary or permanent resident of Australia and be at least 18 years old. LatitudePay will complete an identification check, so have your ID handy (for example, a valid Australian driver’s licence or Australian passport). Have your Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card handy also, so that your future payments can be set up.
