oe Chen (B.Optometry) was trained locally at The University of Melbourne. Joe has extensive experience in clinical optometry with more than ten years experience. Joe is therapeutically endorsed (GCOT), enabling him to prescribe various medications for the eyes. He has special interest in contact lenses and ocular disease.
