Megan is a nurturing, cheerful, and personable dental hygienist with a passion for supporting anxious patients, children, and those with special needs. After studying at university in Queensland and practising there for three years, she returned to her hometown of Newcastle to give back to the community that raised her. Megan is dedicated to providing gentle, personalised care to each patient. Outside of work, she enjoys surfing, mountain climbing, snowboarding, and running.

Elouise is a dedicated oral health therapist with a Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy. Known for a bubbly and friendly demeanor, she creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for patients. With a soft, calm approach, Elouise ensures that everyone feels comfortable and cared for during their dental visits. She has a preventative focus towards dentistry and aims to educate patients of all ages on how to manage their oral hygiene. Her priority is to support and enhance every patient's smile! Outside of work Elouise enjoys playing the piano & going to the gym

Kylie brings 30 years of experience, outstanding clinical care and knowledge to our team. Kylie graduated as a Dental Hygienist in 1990. After 10 fulfilling years in the RAAF she left her military career to take a sabbatical around South America. For 20 years she worked at a Specialist practice in Sydney working as hands on clinician, mentor and educator. Kylie has been with our family since 2020 and her caring passionate personality is enjoyed by all those who meet her.

Dr Maria Paez graduated from Central University of Venezuela in 2005. She worked in both the public and the private sector for two years before migrating to Australia in 2007. In 2009 she finished her degree accreditation through the Australian Dental Council. Dr Maria has a passion for paediatric dentistry. Being a mother herself, she understands young children's needs and the challenges that parents face about how to keep their kids' teeth safe from decay. Her soft approach and caring character have made her known at New Lambton Family Dental as the kids' favourite dentist. Kids, especially nervous ones, become very relaxed and at ease while Dr Maria performs whatever treatment they require. Dr Maria takes this same approach for the 'bigger kids' (you know the ones) as well, making all of her patients very comfortable while they are in her chair. Dr Maria Paez believes in treating every single patient as if they were her own family. With a gentle approach and a passion for cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry, she feels she can change people's views on their dental experience.
