Neo was born in South Korea but completed her schooling in New Zealand before coming to Australia to study dentistry at the University of Melbourne. After graduating with honours in 2008, she was involved in school dental programs at Darebin Community Centre in Melbourne. Since then, she has been in full-time private practice for 8 years before becoming a SO Dental team member. Neo enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but she is especially interested in paediatric dentistry (treating children) and prosthodontics (making dentures and restoring implants). She also enjoys educating patients in all aspects of oral health maintenance. When she is not working, Neo enjoys spending time with her bub, Michael. She speaks Korean and English.

Zilvia graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Sydney, after completing a Bachelor of Science and Master in Nutrition and Dietetics. During her dental studies, Zilvia worked as a dental assistant at So Dental. She then went to Tamworth to practice as a dentist at a private clinic, before returning to join the So Dental team as a dentist. Zilvia has a bubbly yet calming nature and is dedicated to delivering clinical excellence for her patients. She keeps herself busy with continued education and courses to stay updated with research and technological advances in dentistry. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with particular clinical interest in restorative dentistry, fixed prosthodontics and oral surgery. Not only is Zilvia knowledgeable in dentistry, she also has a unique understanding of the impact of nutrition on your oral health as well as your general health. Outside of dentistry, Zilvia plays hockey and spends time in the gym weight training. Zilvia is an avid traveller, and loves to explore the world through sites and cuisines. Zilvia speaks Cantonese and English.

Grace is committed to providing compassionate, patient-focused care tailored to each individual’s needs. Following graduation, she gained valuable experience working across both the private and public sectors in Newcastle before returning to Sydney. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interests in aesthetic dentistry, oral surgery, and paediatric dentistry. Grace values building strong relationships with her patients and strives to create a supportive environment where patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their treatment journey. Grace is fluent in both English and Mandarin. Outside of dentistry, Grace enjoys baking, Pilates, and spending time with her cats.

Dr Choi completed his Bachelors of Dentistry (with Honours) from the University of Sydney in 2010. He also holds an Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of New South Wales. Dr Choi places a significant emphasis on continual professional development to provide his patients with the most up-to-date evidence-based treatment modalities. Dr Choi is focused on building trust with his patients by providing realistic treatments in a gentle and caring manner. He offers a broad range of dental services. With a particular interest in implant dentistry, Dr Choi is passionate about restoring the function of the mouth and strives to provide his patients with a great-looking smile. He and his team, pride themselves on helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable

Dr William Huang completed his High School education at James Ruse before receiving a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Melbourne. He has also undertaken further postgraduate studies, completing the Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in Implants with Distinction at the University of Sydney. Prior to joining So Dental, William worked as a dental officer at Westmead Hospital, working alongside various specialists. He has also supervised final year dental students in Oral Surgery Clinics at the University of Sydney. William is committed to staying up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and regularly attends seminars and workshops in order to provide the best treatment possible for his patients. In addition, he has successfully completed the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons Primary Examination. While enjoying most aspects of dentistry, William has particular interests in Root Canal Treatment, Oral Surgery and replacement of missing teeth with Dental Implants. Patients often find attending the dentist a daunting experience, sometimes even delaying treatment until it is too late. William believes this should not be the case and strives to create a positive atmosphere for his patients through his approachable and caring nature. He values getting to know patients so he can work with them towards their oral health goals. William speaks Mandarin in addition to English and works at both our Lemon Grove and Chatswood Place clinics.

Shannon enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and takes particular interest in restorative dentistry, implant dentistry, oral surgery and periodontal treatment. She is also accredited to provide Invisalign treatment. She loves educating patients, especially children and parents, about good oral hygiene practices and helping them achieve desired aesthetic outcomes.

Dr Jamie Lam has served the community as a health professional for over 13 years. Graduating from the University of Sydney with a Doctor of Dental Medicine, Jamie is dually qualified with a degree in Pharmacy. Jamie enjoys working with people and has a passion for smile reconstruction and aesthetic design. He is continually challenging himself and keeps up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in dentistry. When you become Jamie’s patient, you’ll find that he is dedicated to your health, comfort and strives to provide the highest standard of care. Jamie speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Dr Dennis Lam is a dedicated dentist who values clear communication and prioritizes patient-centered care to help maintain healthy smiles for life. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry with particular interests in restorative dentistry and oral surgery. His relaxed and empathetic approach helps anxious patients and children feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. He is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese, allowing him to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
