Dr. Anna Yip is a dedicated general and cosmetic dentist who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. She is known for her gentle approach and her ability to create a calm, comfortable environment for patients of all ages. Dr. Yip has a strong interest in aesthetic dentistry, with a focus on creating natural, balanced and confident smiles. She enjoys treatments such as smile makeovers, composite bonding, whitening and Invisalign, taking a meticulous approach to ensure results are both functional and beautifully refined. She believes cosmetic dentistry should enhance, not overpower, and works closely with her patients to achieve outcomes that feel authentic and tailored to their individual features. Her kind and attentive nature allows her to build strong relationships with her patients, taking the time to understand their goals and concerns, and guiding them through their treatment journey with clarity and care. Dr. Yip regularly attends professional development courses and seminars to stay up to date with the latest advancements in modern dentistry, particularly in cosmetic and digital workflows, ensuring she delivers the highest standard of care.

Rita Chen - Oral Health Therapist She ensures all patients feel welcomed and consistently strives for excellence in patient care during dental treatments. Rita Chen has been in the dental industry for over 10 years. Rita completed her bachelor’s degree in Oral Health Therapy at the University of Newcastle. Rita is also a dental technician who has gained experience from working at Sydney Dental Hospital. She also maintains a high standard in infection prevention control at our practice. In addition, Rita aims to focus on increasing oral health awareness in public, such as nursing homes and geriatric facilities. In her spare time, Rita is a disciplined professional yoga practitioner and a yoga teacher.

Dr Tia Bai received her dental degree from the University of Sydney and comes with a wealth of experience in preventative and restorative care. Her infectious and calming energy allows for the utmost gentle dental care not just at Dental Residence but also in her role as a Clinical Mentor/Academic at the University of Sydney. Tia practices the full scope of dentistry to serve the local community. She is well versed in all aspects of dentistry with a particular interest in pain free dental treatment with the best options provided for our patients. Tia is passionate about looking after the long-term dental needs of her patients and loves seeing them smile with confidence. Outside dentistry, Tia enjoys spending time with her family and has two beautiful children!

Dr. Simon Khalil DMD is a general and cosmetic dentist. He received both his undergraduate and Doctorate degrees from The University of Sydney. He proudly stands on the reputation this institution has gained as one which produces the strongest clinical dentists in the country. Dr. Khalil has a special interest in anxiety management and has the tools to create a pleasant environment, especially for those with a fear of dentists. He has mentored other dentists on creating better harmony with their patients. His kind, passionate and energetic personality allows him to build great relationships with his patients. Dr. Khalil has worked along side some of the best Dentists worldwide including Dr. Bill Dorman (USA). He specialises in single-visit porcelain crowns, Invisalign, veneers and wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Khalil feels privileged to be providing a health service in the local community where he grew up. He has also provided dental aid abroad in nations such as East Timor, Vanuatu, Haiti, Lebanon and Cambodia. Dr. Khalil attends dental education courses and seminars several times a year to stay up to date with the most modern and effective treatments in dentistry.

Dr Mac Dean graduated from the University of Otago in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. He is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centred care and believes that every patient deserves to feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their dental journey. Mac enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular interest in preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments. He is also experienced in more advanced procedures, including wisdom tooth extractions and dental implants, allowing him to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient's individual needs. Beyond the clinic, Mac has a strong commitment to giving back. While studying dentistry, he organised a month-long volunteer trip to Peru, where he led a team of 16 dental students providing treatment to approximately 1,000 children and adults in rural communities with limited access to oral healthcare. Since graduating, he has continued to volunteer his time treating underserved communities both locally and abroad. Known for his friendly and approachable nature, Mac takes pride in building long-term relationships with his patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys playing squash and is often found training or competing in local competitions.
