Dr Annie Bai graduated from the University of Queensland’s Bachelor of Dental Science with first-class honours. Dr Annie has experience treating patients in Brisbane and regional Queensland. She also frequently gives back to the community by volunteering with the Tzu-Chi charity foundation to provide free dental care to those in need of treatment. Dr Annie is a compassionate and warm dentist with a gentle chairside manner and ensures individual and tailored care to each and every patient. She takes pride in ensuring that your family, including your little ones, have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Dr Annie believes in lifelong learning, attending conferences and workshops, and has special interests in preventative, restorative and family dentistry. Outside of work, Annie can be found hiking and learning to play the guitar. Ironically, she also has a sweet tooth and runs a food blog sharing recipes and reviews the best eateries around.

Born and raised in Sydney, Dr Michael Wu attended the University of Adelaide to fulfil his ambition to become a dentist. Upon graduation in 2015, he returned to Sydney to begin plying his craft in private practice. Dr Wu strives to make every dental visit for his patients a pleasant experience. By taking his time to understand his patients’ oral health goals and individual circumstances, he is able to provide tailored dental treatment with optimal and predictable outcomes. Dr Wu enjoys all facets of dentistry, his work underpinned by minimal intervention principles and an evidence-based approach. In particular, he enjoys cosmetic dentistry, as the marriage of science and artistry can give patients that sparkle in their smile while boosting their confidence. Dr Wu can speak both English and Mandarin. In his spare time, Dr Wu enjoys exploring Sydney’s café culture and watching Manchester City soccer games.

Dr Kevin Lo graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Sydney. He is passionate about all aspects of dentistry but has a special interest in Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Cosmetic Dentistry. He is constantly looking for opportunities to fine tune his skills by regularly attending courses and conferences. Having grown up in Hong Kong, he is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Kevin loves changing people’s lives with a bright new smile. But most importantly, he loves making people feel comfortable and confident in their dentist, making people forget their fear of dentists. Kevin believes that there is a fine balance to everything in life. Everyone should enjoy their favourite food and beverages every once in a while, such as that coffee in the morning, or that mouth-watering dessert after dinner. As much as he likes people coming in with great teeth, he understands these indulgences in life and will ensure to help you make good of your teeth every time you come in. Outside of work, Kevin loves playing basketball and golf, and anything else that's active. As much as he loves helping everyone with their teeth, he also loves taking time off once a year to travel. His ultimate goal is to visit all the exotic places in the world. His favourite so far is Hawaii.

Dr Ting Chen takes pride in providing the highest level of dental care and is always happy to take the time to ensure a gentle and comfortable experience for both you and your family. She is passionate about all aspects of general dentistry and takes a particular interest in preventative care, cosmetic dentistry, and restorative crown and bridge work, helping her patients achieve a beautiful, natural smile. Dr Chen earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Sydney and takes a lifelong approach to learning by attending advanced courses to continually refine her skills. Because of this, she is able to incorporate the latest technology and techniques in her treatment, tailored to each patient’s individual needs. Outside of work, she loves eating, travelling, and spending time with loved ones. She is also fluent in English and Mandarin

Dr Lai is from Hong Kong and obtained her Bachelor of Dental Science from the Charles Sturt University. She worked as a hygienist for more than 10 years and focused on preventive dentistry. She likes to engage patients and provides a wide range of dental treatments, including gum treatment, restoration, root canal treatment, prosthetic work and extraction. In her spare time, she likes to eat and cook.

Born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Dr Cecilia Yong went to high school in Adelaide prior to graduating from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery.Prior to joining Dr Cheung’s practice, Dr Yong went on to work in the public dental sector and volunteered her services to treating underprivileged children in rural Shanxi, China.Dr Yong’s work ethics is reflected in her philosophy- “I treat my patients the way I want my family members to be treated”. This is demonstrated throughout her work through her genuine concern for her patients’ oral health as she treats her patients in a family friend holistic approach. It brings her great joy to see their confidence restored with a beautiful smile.As a member of the Australian Dental Association, Dr Yong is competent in all aspects of General Dentistry with a particular interest in Paediatric Dentistry, Dr Yong is able to put even the most dentally anxious child at ease.In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends after work.

Originally from Hong Kong, Dr Winnie Yiu was raised and educated in New Zealand. After completing a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences degree (majoring in Functional Human Biology) at the University of Otago, Dr Yiu furthered her studies and graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery (with Credit) in 2008. Winnie is multi-lingual and can communicate fluently in Cantonese and Mandarin. She enjoys all facets of dentistry, with particular interest in furthering her skills in the area of implants and to provide Invisalign in the future. Dr Yiu is committed to continuing her education to keep up to date with the latest developments in dentistry. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys travelling with her husband and cooking.

Dr Aaron Lo graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery B.D.S in 2020 at James Cook University, which was based in Cairns in North Queensland. After living in the tropical north of Australia for five years, he relocated back to Sydney where he joined NDC in 2021 as an associate dentist. Dr Lo is extremely passionate in dentistry and always aims to deliver exceptional care to his patients through professionalism and integrity. Dr Lo uses a gentle approach to manage his patients and will take his time to explain the situation and treatment, so they can understand the importance of their oral health to him. He always listens closely to his patient’s concerns and ensures that their priorities are always understood. Dr Lo has worked overseas in Nepal as a volunteer dentist and is experienced in a wide range of general dental treatments, such as fillings, crowns, root canals and tooth extractions. Apart from work, he enjoys playing basketball and travelling. He hopes to travel all around Australia and many other countries in the future.

Dr Jenny Bai has always had a passion for health and helping people. After Dr Jenny graduated James Ruse Agricultural High School, she moved to Queensland to complete her Bachelor of Dental Science and Graduate Diploma of Dentistry. During her studies, she earned academic excellence awards and provided outstanding treatment to patients in Gold Coast and Warwick in rural Queensland.As a born and raised Sydneysider, Dr Jenny moved back home upon graduating and has since joined National Dental Care to provide high quality patient care to the community. Born in Sydney , Dr Jenny Bai attended James Ruse Agricultural High School and before moving to Queensland where she graduated with Bachelors or Dr Jenny believes in a holistic approach to oral health and it’s connection to our overall general health. For some patients, coming to the dentist can be an anxious experience, so Dr Jenny prides herself in making each visit as relaxing and enjoyable as it should be. She is a gentle and thorough dentist, customising treatments to each individual patient and their specific needs. Her focus is to help nurture lifelong partnerships for her patients and their teeth.Like how dentistry and health is constantly evolving, Dr Jenny is constantly updating her knowledge and broadening her skill set by attending courses and workshops as well as providing Invisalign in the future. Dr Melissa Cheung is a caring and compassionate dentist who has been practicing as an Associate Dentist with the surgery for many years. Since graduating from Griffith University with the Graduate Diploma of Dentistry, she has public clinical experience working in Queensland public hospitals and rural Mount Isa. Working at Fantastic Smiles NDC has allowed her to achieve her life mission by placing emphasis in good oral health in individual and families.She offers a variety of dental services including Orthodontics and Invisalign. Her cheerfulness and clinical skills would give older patients a confident smile and given children a positive dental experience. In her free time Dr Melissa likes to venture on coastal hikes, bike rides or catching up with her family and friends while trying out new cafes.

Dr Lam attained the Bachelor of Dentistry at the University of Sydney, Australia. He has been working at Fantastic Smile since 2011 and has a keen interest in all aspects of dentistry. With regards to treatment, he aims to treat every person as an individual, with the understanding of the uniqueness of every individual's dental needs, and thereby tailoring treatment to meet those needs. He aims to develop long term relationships with all his patients with the goal of every session to ensure the patient is treated with optimal care and thoroughness, to ensure they are left informed of the current state of their dental health, and that they are provided future strategies for the maintenance or improvement of their dental condition.

Dr. Lau is from Hong Kong where he obtained his Bachelor of Dentistry from the University of Hong Kong. He worked as a dentist in both private and public sectors for over 10 years before he decided to migrate to Australia in 2009.Dr. Lau had his first job in Australia working in the Blue Mountain area for 3 years before moving to Sydney and joined Dynamic smile in 2011Clinically, Dr. Lau provides a wide range of oral care and treatments adopting a painless philosophy with the intent to restore oral health and smiles. He also specializes in root canal treatment, crowns and veneers, surgical removal of wisdom teeth, and implant placement.After work, Dr. Lau likes spending time with family and traveling.

Dr Tony Yang grew up in Sydney and graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from James Cook University. He has worked all around Australia, from Cairns, Townsville to Hobart before joining NDC. He has a friendly and warm approach to his patient care. Tony has strong interests in all aspects of dentistry with further training in resin restorations (fillings), restoring worn-down teeth, digital smile design, veneers and Invisalign. Tony regularly updates his skills and knowledge with professional development courses to stay up to date on the latest dental technology and techniques. Tony is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Dr Ian Shee graduated from Uni of Sydney 1985, practised in Malaysia for 2 years before returning to Australia to work in Griffith in South West NSW. Dr Shee practices in all facets of dentistry with particular interest in implant dentistry, minor oral surgery and prosthodontics. Outside work, Dr Shee has keen interest in skiing, hoping to ski in various ski scopes across all major resorts.

Upon graduating from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Adelaide, Erica developed an interest in various aspects of dental care, in particularly preventative, restorative and cosmetic treatments.Driven by a commitment to improve the oral health of her patients, Erica finds immense satisfaction in recreating beautiful smiles and aims to improve the quality of life for members of the community throughout her career.Erica is fluent in English and Chinese (including Cantonese, Mandarin and Chiu Chow), allowing her to build good rapport with patients and colleagues. A firm believer in continuous education, Erica is dedicated in improving her skills and techniques and values feedback from her colleagues and patients in order to deliver the highest standard of work, and to achieve a pleasant experience for all her patients.

Dr Lee Wu was born and raised in Sydney, graduating dental school from Griffith University in the Gold Coast. Dr Wu’s strong passion for dentistry is demonstrated through her delivery of high quality treatment and outcomes. She has a gentle personality and always keeps patient goals in mind, whilst educating and increasing awareness of oral health.Dr Wu has attained Academic Excellence Awards for five consecutive years throughout her degree, which placed her in the top 5% of her cohort. Since 2012, Dr Wu has been a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. Since 2016, Dr Wu has been a member of the Australian Dental Association and has had an active role as a committee member of the MGRSG (Multidisciplinary-Grand-Rounds-Study-Group). The MGRSG is hosted by at least five dental specialists, Dr Wu and two other general dentists to deliver lectures to the professional dental community. In 2019, Dr Wu was offered a position in a dental specialist program.Dr Wu continues to strive for excellence as she regularly updates her dental knowledge by attending CPDs (Continuing Professional Development). She also continually learns and applies new and improved technologies, materials and techniques. This has allowed longevity to the work that Dr Wu carries out.Nonetheless, Dr Wu actively encourages preventive measures to all her patients. She carries a strong ethical and meticulous attitude towards her work with proficiency in all fields of dentistry. Hence, she has been able to earn her patients’ trust and build enduring relationships over the years that she has practiced.Dr Wu is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. After obtaining her Bachelor of Medical Science and a Bachelor of Dentistry from the University of sydney, Dr Nancy Wu joined our surgery and started working as a full time dentist. She also serves as a member of staff at the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Sydney, actively involved in tutoring dental students in the discipline of Tooth Conservation.Dr Wu is fluent in Mandarin, the Shanghai dialect and English. With a keen interest in all aspects of general dentistry as well as her gentle and caring approach, Dr Wu also enjoys working with children and helping them build habits of maintaining good oral health.
