Dr Julia has always wanted to work in healthcare. During her final year of medical science studies, she worked as a dental nurse and gained firsthand experience in the rewarding world of dentistry. Today, Dr Julia serves as our principal dentist, offering attentive and gentle care for patients of all ages. Dr Julia’s Care Philosophy: Dr Julia prides herself on being attentive to her patients’ individual concerns, including their input during treatment planning recommendations. Her patients know that she takes the time to get to know them personally and treats them like family. A Passion for Learning: After completing her dental studies at the University of Melbourne in 2014, Dr Julia went on to complete 2 separate two-year mini residencies in orthodontics and dental implants, respectively. She has also completed courses in bone augmentation (grafting) and is an Invisalign-certified provider and Botox trained at AADFA. Additionally, Dr Julia holds a Bachelor of Medical Science and a Master of Pharmacy from the University of Sydney. With a love for learning and professional development, Dr Julia consistently pursues additional training in treatment methods, clinical advancements and technology to better serve her patients. Dr Vivian Jeng, a native of New Zealand, obtained her dental degree from the University of Otago. Understanding that the dentist’s chair can be an intimidating space for many, she is dedicated to establishing a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for her patients. With a focus on prioritising patient comfort, Vivian aims to transform each dental visit into a positive and stress-free experience. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Vivian acknowledges the importance of effective communication in dental care. Going beyond her clinical expertise, she dedicates time to attentively listen to patients’ concerns and desires, actively involving them in decisions about their dental health.

Driven by a belief in the transformative influence of a radiant smile on one’s well-being and self-esteem, Dr Jay Hong, Dentist, embarked on a journey that led him to embrace dentistry as his career. His formative years in Korea and Sydney, coupled with his five-year sojourn in Brisbane culminating in a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) from The University of Queensland, served as the ground from which his passion for dentistry blossomed. Beyond his academic achievements, Dr Hong’s commitment to professional development shines through his active participation in various educational seminars and workshops aimed at honing and expanding his skills as a dentist.
