Dr Rahal Kuruppu enjoys working in all aspects of dentistry with a keen interest in oral surgery and restorative dentistry. He also likes working with children along and aims to provide practical solutions for his patients in order to help improve their smile, confidence and comfort. Outside of the clinic Rahal enjoys reading, travel, playing video games and playing sports such as soccer and cricket.

I graduated from the University of Queensland in 1997, with a Bachelor of Dental Science. I have been working as a general dentist ever since I graduated, gaining experience in both public and private practices. I enjoy applying myself to all aspects of dentistry, and have a particular interest in orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and Computer Aided Design (CAD)/Computer Aided Manufacture (CAM) dental techniques, including ceramic restoration.I am married, with two young children, and enjoy spending whatever spare time I have with them—preferably at the beach!

Dr Im graduated from Kings College London university in the UK in 2009, with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery. After graduating, Dr Im spent her first year in the public sector of community dental in the UK, where she treated many anxious and medically compromised patients, sometimes with the adjunct of inhalation sedation. In Dr Im’s second year, she worked in hospital as a Senior House officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr Im then migrated here to Australia where she has mainly worked in the private sector, but has also been a mentor for dental students in James Cook University in Cairns. Dr Im is passionate about all aspects of dentistry, and has a great interest in oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry, especially with the use of CAD-CAM technology to produce same day crowns and ceramic fillings. You will find Dr Im has a caring and gentle nature combined with having a high regard for attention to detail, which ensures dedication in providing the most comprehensive care and pleasant treatment experience for all patients.Outside of dentistry Dr Im has a great passion for photography, international travel and trying out different cuisines that Brisbane has to offer.

Priya obtained her Bachelor of Dental Science from King’s College London and worked in the United Kingdom for several years. After visiting Australia in 2012, she fell in love with the country and moved here permanently a few short months later. Priya and her husband James met in Gladstone and relocated to Brisbane in 2019. We were very excited to welcome Priya to our team in December 2019. Priya is very passionate about dentistry, and she has a strong focus on providing the best possible dental care to her patients, with a gentle and caring approach. She considers the impact that poor oral health has on the whole body and likes to ensure that her patients fully understand all options that are available to them. Priya has specific interests in restorative, cosmetic, periodontal and preventative dentistry. She holds the strong belief that a healthy smile is the key to overall wellbeing. She gets great satisfaction in restoring aesthetics and function to a broken tooth, as well as educating her patients on preventative measures for the future. Priya ensures a safe, friendly and relaxed environment in which she is fully committed to ensuring the best quality dentistry.
