Dr. Jie Chen earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Melbourne and is deeply passionate about delivering personalized care to enhance patients’ oral health. Known for his gentle and compassionate approach, Jie prioritises patient comfort and strives to create a positive dental experience. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is committed to continuous learning to ensure that his patients receive the highest standard of care. Outside of dentistry, Jie loves exploring new dining spots around Melbourne with friends and family. He also stays active through regular gym sessions and enjoys playing badminton.

Dr Lucy Zhang earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago in New Zealand. She was drawn to dentistry as a profession that blends creativity, healthcare, and meaningful human connection — values that continue to guide her practice today. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, Lucy is known for her gentle and warm approach. She is committed to preventive care and prefers minimally invasive techniques that support long-term oral health. Her goal is to empower patients through education and choice, helping to make each visit a positive and comfortable experience. Passionate about continuous growth, Lucy stays engaged with the latest developments in dentistry by attending international conferences and keeping up with emerging technologies and best practices. Outside of work, Lucy is an active volunteer at the RSPCA and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Dr Pia Oparkcharoen received a Master in Dental Surgery at the University of Adelaide in 2005, followed by a Graduate Certificate in Dentistry from the University of Melbourne. Her repertoire of skills as a 25-year-long practicing dentist in Docklands includes teeth whitening, root canal therapy, Invisalign, veneers, bridges, and crowns. Pia possesses an insatiable thirst for additional training and knowledge through ongoing professional education. Recently, she cleared an Orthodontic MiniResidency Program in Clear Aligner Technique alongside Dr Sandra Tai who happens to be a world-class orthodontist. Pia is the Invisalign Platinum Provider. Currently, Dr Oparkcharoen shares an affiliation with the Australian Dental Association and the International Team for Implantology in Switzerland.
