Scott Krause graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in California, United States of America, in 2009 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Union College in Nebraska.
Dr Krause was in private practice as a general dentist in southern California for 7 years. He currently holds licences to practise dentistry in the United States and New Zealand, as well as in Australia. He has been licensed in Kenya and Micronesia and has also provided dentistry for other under-served communities in Bangladesh, Tanzania, Jamaica and Mexico.
He understands the impact that a healthy, functioning smile can have on an individual’s confidence and overall health, and he is always striving to make his patients’ dental experience a comfortable one.
Dr Krause keeps up with the latest advances in dentistry through his memberships of the Australian Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and United States Dental Institute.
Dr Manisha Bhatt graduated from dental school at Griffith University with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and Master of Dentistry. She gained valuable experience during her training in metropolitan and rural Queensland including the Gold Coast and Kingaroy.
Manisha enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and sees great value in educating her patients about their oral health. She ensures to be updated about the latest knowledge and techniques in dentistry for her patients.
Manisha’s approach with patients is to listen well and make patients feel comfortable with her gentle and friendly manner so that she can help her patients achieve their optimal oral health goal together.
She is also fluent in Malay and outside of dentistry, she enjoys reading, discovering food spots and catching up on her long list of TV shows.
Dr Stephanie Sarkis graduated from University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Biomedicine and Doctor of Dental Surgery. She trained in both public and private practices across metropolitan and rural Victoria including Shepparton, Cobram, Echuca and Mooroopna.
Dr Sarkis is passionate about dentistry and regularly keeps up to date with the latest developments in dentistry while continuing to develop her professional skills and knowledge through ongoing courses and research.
Dr Sarkis has a gentle and caring approach when treating her patients to ensure they feel comfortable and at ease when in the dental chair. She works closely with her patients toward maintaining good oral health and achieving beautiful smiles.
Dr Roya Zolfi graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor and Master of Dentistry. As part of her clinical training, Dr Roya provided dental care in rural and regional Victoria, which helped her gain invaluable experience in treating dental disease and promoting oral health.
Dr Roya believes that oral health is closely linked to overall health, and she is passionate to help her patients achieve a healthy mouth by tailoring individualised care plan and patient education. She also has a gentle and caring approach to ensure patients are at ease on the dental chair. Roya enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but she has special interest in restorative dentistry and preventive care. She believes in constant learning and endeavours to develop her skills and knowledge by research and attending professional development courses.
Dr Roya is fluent in English, Farsi and Azerbaijani (Azeri), and outside dentistry she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as going for walks in parks and reserves.
Dr Viet (Linda) Nguyen graduated from the Melbourne Dental School with a Bachelor of Dental Science with honours. After graduating as a general dentist, she worked at Sydney Dental Hospital as an intern and paediatric dental resident. She was involved extensively with the Aboriginal Oral Health Project, which consisted of providing dental services in outreach dental clinics in rural New South Wales as well as metropolitan areas.
Linda returned to Melbourne to complete her specialist training at the University of Melbourne and Royal Children’s Hospital. During this time, she worked in private practices in Melbourne as well as the Emergency services at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. Dr Nguyen recently completed the Diploma in Conscious Sedation at the University of Sydney and has been working part-time in private practice in Newcastle.
