Joyce Barbosa graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Fluminense Federal University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 2017, followed by postgraduate studies in Oral Medicine. She practiced dentistry in Brazil for six years before relocating to Perth, where she completed her Australian Dental Council examinations. Joyce has experience across many areas of dentistry, with a particular focus on restorative dentistry. She is passionate about continuing to learn and regularly undertakes professional development courses both in Australia and overseas. She values every patient who walks through the doors, with the aim of making each person feel respected, comfortable and well looked after. Outside of dentistry, Joyce enjoys hiking, travelling and spending time outdoors.
