Dr Alexander Browne is a UK-trained General Practitioner who completed his medical degree at St George's University of London in 2018. He attained Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in 2024, alongside a Diploma in Geriatric Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians and a Postgraduate Diploma in Palliative Care from Cardiff University. With eight years of clinical experience across general practice, emergency medicine, paediatrics, rehabilitation, and general internal medicine, Dr Browne brings a broad and grounded perspective to primary care. His training included over two years of dedicated experience in care of the elderly and rehabilitation medicine, and he currently co-leads a practice frailty register. Diana Chapoterera is an experienced Podiatrist with over 10 years of clinical experience in the assessment and management of a wide variety of foot and lower limb conditions. She is particularly skilled in the assessment and management of patients with diabetes and comes to Narangba Station Medical Centre with a special interest in diabetic foot care, gait assessment, and orthotic management. Chapoterera obtained her Bachelor of Podiatry from the University of Johannesburg in 2014 and has spent her career working in both private practice and multi-disciplinary clinics, providing podiatric care to patients of all ages. Prior to moving to Australia, Chapoterera worked at a number of well-respected clinics in Harare, Zimbabwe, including the Centre for Diabetes Management and Francis Foot Clinic. She gained special experience and expertise in diabetic wound prevention and education. She also volunteered with the Zimbabwe Diabetes Association and supported community outreach programs with a focus on diabetes awareness and lower limb health. Chapoterera is the founder of Chapo Footwear, a healthy footwear brand that aims to promote comfort and foot alignment through innovative shoe design. Her combined knowledge of podiatry and footwear has given her an integrated understanding of how the correct footwear and foot care can improve overall health and well-being. Chapoterera practices with a caring, patient-centred approach, focusing on simple, practical solutions that enable patients to walk comfortably, stay active and prevent long-term complications.
