TO HAVE A TELEHALTH APPOINT. YOU MUST HAVE BEEN SEEN AT THE CLINIC IN THE LAST 12 MTHS. PRIVATE PATIENTS WITH AN APPOINTMENT WILL INCUR A FEE AT ALL TIMES. PENSIONERS AND HEALTH CARE CARD HOLDERS WILL BE BULK BILLED FOR TELEHEALTH BETWEEN 8:00AM AND 3.50 PM WEEKDAYS (FEES APPLY FROM 4PM ONWARDS)

Dr Srabonti Hazra joined Southern Cross in June 2019. Dr Hazra consults Monday, Thursday, Friday and some weekends. Dr Hazra provides shared care with Monash Health for expectant mothers and sees all patients.
