Throughout my life, I have always enjoyed being physically active through sports and exercise, and always wanted to work alongside others. Exercise Physiology was the natural decision as it combined exercise and working with people to improve not only their physical but also mental wellbeing. I believe fostering a holistic approach and engaging in movement that is meaningful to the individual is the most beneficial. I am passionate about helping people work towards their goals not only by understanding their physical capacity but understanding the bigger picture of how their background, lifestyle and environment can also contribute to their health.
