He has a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and strength & conditioning, using exercise as a tool to restore function and build long-term resilience.
With a lifelong love of sport and physical activity, Isaac understands the value of staying active through all stages of life. His approach is practical and collaborative — combining structure with a focus on what feels achievable and meaningful for each person.
