Candice is an experienced and passionate optometrist now in her fifth year of practice. She completed her Bachelor of Vision Science and Master of Optometry at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), graduating in 2021 with therapeutic endorsement, enabling her to manage a wide range of eye conditions. With a strong clinical interest in paediatric myopia management, Candice is dedicated to helping children slow the progression of short-sightedness using evidence-based treatments. She also enjoys co-managing macular and glaucoma diseases alongside ophthalmologists to ensure patients receive comprehensive, collaborative care. Candice's favourite part of optometry is the opportunity to meet a diverse range of patients and support them in understanding and addressing their vision concerns. She is known for her warm, approachable manner and her commitment to delivering high-quality, personalised care. Outside the clinic, Candice embraces her creative and adventurous side. She enjoys nature hikes, bouldering, drawing, and playing the violin. Candice is fluent in English and Mandarin, allowing her to connect with and support a broader community of patients.

Julian graduated with distinction from QUT after completing his Bachelor of Vision Science and Master of Optometry (with Ocular Therapeutics) in 2023. He is a dedicated and compassionate optometrist committed to providing exceptional eye care services to patients of all ages, with a passion for myopia control. Julian strives to empower individuals to take proactive steps in caring for their eyesight and overall well-being. On his days off, Julian enjoys playing soccer and tennis, as well as spending time with his family at the Farm or Coast.

Irma completed her Bachelor of Applied Science (Optometry) degree with First Class Honours and a University Medal from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2005. She obtained her Post-Graduate Diploma in Ocular Therapeutics from QUT in 2010. Irma has a strong interest in Specialty Contact Lens fitting, particularly Orthokeratology. She is a member of the Optometrists Association of Australia and the Cornea and Contact Lens Society of Australia. Irma speaks Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian and German. Irma has gained experience in the treatment of cataracts, macular degeneration and glaucoma by working with an ophthalomogist for a number of years. While previously running a low vision clinic in the city, Irma was also able to provide assistance with low vision devices to people with poor vision including magnifiers and telescopesby.

Sarah completed her Bachelor of Vision Science in 2014 with a Masters in Optometry in 2016 from QUT. Sarah’s professional experience ranges from regional independent practice, to metropolitan clinical ophthalmology. These positions have sparked a passion for complex contact lenses and paediatric vision. She is a board director with Optometry Queensland and Northern Territory as the Early Career Optometry Chair.
