Ted has been practising in Taree since 1975 after studying at the University of New South Wales. He is a member of the Optometrist Association of Australia. He has a special interest in sports vision and multifocal lenses. Ted is known for his attention to detail and he enjoys seeing patients of all ages.

Peter has been practising in Taree since 2000 after studying at the Queensland University of Technology. He is a member of the Optometrist Association of Australia. He has a special interest in contact lenses, kids vision and diabetic eye care. Peter enjoys improving the eyesight of his patients.

Craig has been involved with developing and implementing innovative methods for improving peoples’ vision throughout his career. He has 35 years of experience prescribing advanced lens designs to enhance the visual performance of children, teenagers, and adults. Craig graduated in 1982 from the University of NSW and he completed Fellowship in Behavioural Optometry with both the Australasian College of Behavioural Optometrists (ACBO) in 1989 and then with the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD) USA, in 1992. Craig is available for consultations in Taree on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. On the weekends he enjoys cycling and kayaking around the beautiful Mid-North Coast.

Hoang “Duckii” Nguyen graduated from Deakin University with a Master of Optometry and Bachelor of Visual Science. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Melbourne. Duckii undertook her clinical placement at Eyecare Plus Taree and Gloucester during her University training and has now returned to the area. Prior to practicing in Taree, Duckii has spent some time seeing patients in her home town of Melbourne. She has a special interest in children’s vision and myopia (short-sightedness) control. Duckii is an Ophthalmic Medicines Prescriber so can prescribe prescription-only products to treat eye conditions such as eye infections and abrasions. Duckii is available for consultations in Taree from Monday to Friday. On weekends she enjoys spending time at the beach and exploring the Manning Valley. Duckii believes in building rapport with patients to deliver a personal and professional experience.

Sarah Nicholls graduated from University of NSW with a Bachelor of Optometry and Bachelor of Science. Sarah grew up in the Manning Valley and returns to the area periodically to see patients at Eyecare Plus Taree. Sarah spends the remainder of her time travelling and working as an Optometrist in remote communities in the Northern Territory. Sarah is an Ophthalmic Medicines Prescriber so can prescribe prescription-only products to treat eye conditions such as eye infections and abrasions. Sarah is available for consultations in Taree from Tuesday to Thursday. Sarah believes in building rapport with patients to deliver a personal and professional experience.
