Dr Chris Raimoto

Dr Chris Ramoto (UNSW M.ClinOptom) is a therapeutically endorsed optometrist who takes a holistic approach to optometry. He enjoys building genuine connections with patients to understand their needs and provide them with the best optical solutions to suit their lifestyle. He has many years of experience practicing in regional NSW, where he managed a wide range of ocular diseases, co-managing with ophthalmologists and GPs when needed. He is also able to remove foreign bodies and prescribe various topical medications as required. Dr Chris Ramoto has a passion for myopia control and is accredited to prescribe Hoya MiyoSmart lenses, CooperVision MiSight contact lenses, and atropine eye drops. He has also completed the Australian College of Optometry Course of Advanced Contact Lenses and continues to further his expertise in prescribing Orthokeratology lenses for myopia control. In his spare time, he enjoys being active—playing basketball, snowboarding, and going to the gym.
