Anna Tran

She graduated from UNSW in 2022 but she'd already been working in eye care since 2017, as a dispenser while she studied. After graduating, she spent two and a half years working in regional NSW, then locumed along the South Coast for a year. Regional and locum work means seeing a much wider range of cases than most suburban practices. From routine checks through to complex and urgent problems. She's since completed further study in dry eye care, and has a real interest in children's vision. She wore glasses herself as a child, after a pre-school screening picked up a lazy eye.
