Karla graduated from Queensland University of Technology’s optometry program in 2011 with first class honours. Since graduating Karla has worked in regional and metro locations Australia wide. She returned to study in 2024, completing her certificate in Ocular Therapeutics through the Australian College of Optometry. Karla’s particular interests include general optometry and disease of the eye. Prior to joining the team at Optiko Tattersall’s Arcade, Karla was working at Bribie Island which provided her with great exposure to a range of ocular pathologies.
