Sheila graduated from QUTin 1993 with First Class Honours. During her university years she developed a keen interest in behavioural optometry and, in 1996, went on to complete the Behavioural Optometry course in the UNSW Masters of Optometry program.In 2001 Sheila was awarded her Fellowship to the Australasian College of Behavioural Optometrists and subsequently served on their examination board for a few years. Sheila has her Graduate Certificate in Ocular Therapeutics from QUT, is trained in the co-management of refractive laser surgery and is approved by CASA to conduct eye examinations for pilot licences. Sheila is a warm but private person. She thoroughly enjoys the diversity that working at Vedelago Optometrists brings. When not at work she spends time with her close circle of family and friends or enjoying more creative pursuits. Sheila speaks fluentCantonese.

Bregan graduated with a Masters of Clinical Optometry from the University of New South Wales in 2018. He has worked predominantly in rural and remote towns where eyecare services are limited, and enjoys making a difference to the community. His special interests include collaborative eyecare, ocular pathology, and paediatrics. He is passionate about continuing education, and has completed the Advanced Certificates in Glaucoma, and Children's Vision through the Australian College of Optometry
