Welcome to our optometry practice. Bay Optics is an independent full-scope optometry practice established in Hervey Bay since 1989. Full-scope optometry means we perform eye examinations, prescribe glasses and contact lenses, perform extensive additional diagnostic services, assist with low vision aids for partially sighted people, offer vision training and other services not available at other local optometry practices. We offer a wide range of quality frames, lenses and contact lenses to cover all your vision needs. We have Medicare Online for fast Medicare claiming refunds. Most private health claims can be submitted at the front desk. Our practice is located at 67 Main Street, Hervey Bay, 100 metres towards the beach from the roundabout at Main Street and Boat Harbour Drive.
