Catherine Tromp

Catherine Tromp is Owner and Principal Optometrist at Noosa Optical. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Optometry) from QUT and a Certificate in Ocular Therapeutics (ACO). Catherine has worked in independent optometry since 2004 and is part of the family-owned team that has led Noosa Optical since 2007. She is a current member of Optometry Australia and ProVision, and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Catherine provides comprehensive eye examinations and evidence-based care with a strong focus on ocular health and personalised vision solutions. She regularly contributes to patient education through Noosa Optical’s website articles, reflecting a practical, prevention-focused approach to long-term eye health. As part of Noosa’s only 100% locally owned and operated optometry practice, Catherine combines clinical care with clear, tailored advice to help local patients and families maintain good vision for life.
