CASA Credentialed Optometrist John completed his training in 1979 and immediately commenced private practice in Traralgon. He has provided primary eye care to families of the region since that time and as a CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) credentialed optometrist, provides eye examination for air pilots. Appointed by CASA as a Designated Aviation Eye Examiner / Credentialed Optometrist since 2000
Accredited teaching practice with Melbourne University Optometry School and Deakin University Optometry School
His great satisfaction is to work with doctors and other health care providers, bringing quality eye care to the people of Gippsland. John's other great interest is flying. In his spare time he enjoys life as a commercial airplane pilot and flying instructor. He has held a private pilot licence since 1989 and a commercial pilot licence / instructor rating since January 2006.
