Russell specialises in myopia control, dry eye management, ocular disease, and children's vision. He is committed to providing evidence-based eye care and keeping up to date with the latest advances in optometry and therapeutics. Throughout his career, Russell has participated in preschool vision screening programs and has delivered eye health education talks to the local community. He has also undertaken volunteer optometry work in remote regions of Nepal. Outside of work, Russell enjoys camping and fishing with his son Charlie, walking his Border Collie, and following AFL.

Dan enjoys helping people achieve better vision and eye health, which is what drew him to a career in optometry. His areas of clinical interest include anterior eye disease, dry eye management, and orthokeratology (Ortho-K) contact lenses for myopia control. Dan is a proud supporter of Optometry Giving Sight and World Vision and is committed to making a positive difference both within his local community and beyond. Outside of work, Dan is a keen golfer who enjoys spending weekends on the course and quality time with his wife and two children.
