  • Katrina Yap grew up locally, so you may recognise her face in our clinic. As well as a director of Vision @ Mill Park, Katrina is a clinical teaching instructor and invited lecturer at the University of Melbourne in anterior eye disease and ocular prescribing. In 2018, she was appointed to the Optometry Council of Australia and New Zealand Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Cornea and Contact Lens Association, Orthokeratology Society of Oceania and the Australian College of Behavioural Optometry (ACBO). Katrina enjoys offering both Visual Information Processing Assessments and vision therapy for her patients. Katrina is passionate about making eye care accessible for all, and has completed outreach and volunteer optometry work in South Africa, Nepal and Cambodia. When she is not consulting, you will find her getting away from the city, cycling and hiking.
