Mark holds degrees in physics and optometry and graduated from City
University London. He moved to Perth in 2002 with his young family. His
interests include contact lens design for unusual and challenging eyes. He
uses topography to assist in design. A topographer is capable of mapping
the surface curvature of the cornea and producing a 3D image on a
computer. Mark is also interested in the application of visual
psychophysics to provide novel solutions to vision correction and
enhancement. Mark is a CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) credentialed
optometrist and is able to conduct eye examinations for pilots and aviation
professionals and report to CASA.
