  • The best thing about optometry is to have the privilege to make a positive impact on people's life-long vision. Being a young myope and starting spectacle wear at the age of 10, Louisa understands the difference an optometrist can make in the life of a child and their family. She is passionate in helping patients navigate through life-changing visual diagnosis. Having grown up in Malaysia, Louisa is fluent in English and Mandarin, with basic proficiency in Cantonese and Malay. Upon completing high school education, she then made a bold move to NSW to complete her Bachelor of Vision Science and Master of optometry degree at the University of New South Wales. Since graduating, she worked in a beautiful regional town of Orange in NSW before relocating to Perth. Louisa is therapeutically endorsed with a keen interest in dry eye management, myopia control and orthokeratology. She has since completed post graduate Advanced Certificate in Advanced Contact Lenses through Australian College of Optometry. In her spare time, you will find Louisa out snorkeling, hiking, playing table tennis or getting creative with her next artwork!
