Established in 1985, Bayside Optometry is a full scope optometry practice conveniently located in Wynnum Plaza Shopping Centre. We offer trusted and premium eyecare services to people in the Bayside regions of Wynnum, Wynnum North, Wynnum West, Manly, Manly West, Lota and Tingalpa. Our team of professional and experienced optometrists and dispensers are passionate about providing our patients with friendly service, expert advice, and effective treatment. Our optometrists are all accredited members of the Optometry Association of Australia with over fifty years of optometry experience between them. This places us in a good position to monitor your eyes and provide expert advice for any conditions that develop. Our expert dispensers will help you decide on a vision solution that best suits you. Whether your preference is contact lenses or glasses, they will make recommendations based on your condition and lifestyle. If it is a pair of glasses you are after, our dispensers can also help you choose a frame that enhances your face and makes you feel great when you put it on. Michelle graduated from Queensland University of Technology’s Bachelor of Applied Science (Optometry) in 1997. She has a special interest in contact lenses and ocular disease detection and prevention. She has worked in both private optometry and ophthalmology clinics. Michelle has also travelled to Nepal where she provided essential eye care services to remote villages. She’s always looking forward to the next trek!
