Anshu Sudan is the Principal Physiotherapist and owner of Befit Physiotherapy. Anshu has extensive physiotherapy knowledge and experience and holds a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy since the year 2001. She is a member of APA and has worked both in Public and Private Sectors across NSW and Victoria. Her experience in physiotherapy spans Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Neuro Physiotherapy, Pediatric Physiotherapy, Sports Injuries, Aged Care, Rehabilitation, Women’s Health Stroke and Brain Injuries. Anshu has a strong manual therapy focus using predominantly a “hands-on” approach and she continues to keep abreast of the newest and best evidence-based physiotherapy techniques by undergoing regular APA supported ongoing education. Anshu has done courses and has gained experience in Neuro-Development Techniques, Mulligan Joint Mobilisation, Clinical Pilates, Advanced Sports Taping etc. Anshu is passionate about the field of physiotherapy and providing best-in-class care at Befit Physiotherapy, working with people of all ages and abilities and has a varied caseload from acute injuries to chronic diseases.

Michael is an experienced Physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University (ACU). He has experience treating a range of acute and chronic conditions. He enjoys supporting individuals through their recovery to help them achieve their goals. His clinical interests include post-operative rehabilitation, sporting injuries, and lower limb injuries. Michael has been involved in and participated in a number of sports including soccer, athletics, taekwondo, and most recently gym. He focuses on enhancing strength and mobility to ensure you move with confidence and prevent future injuries. He is committed to delivering high-quality care and helping patients by creating tailored treatment plans and goals.
