I’m a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner who’s passionate about creating support that changes someone's life for the better. No matter how small or big. If it's helping them towards their goals, that's what matters.
My work is person-centred, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming, grounded in evidence and built around the simple belief that every behaviour has a story behind it. My role is to help uncover that why and translate it into practical, meaningful strategies that improve quality of life.
Whether it’s supporting someone to live more independently or making your job as a support coordinator easier, my commitment remains the same: empowering people to live fuller, more meaningful lives, and ensuring the surrounding supports genuinely work.
