Aleea is passionate about helping people build strength and confidence in their bodies through care that makes every client feel heard and supported. A former elite Australian gymnast and experienced gymnastics coach, she brings a unique blend of movement expertise and holistic health knowledge to her practice. Her deep understanding of training load, motor control, and movement mechanics shapes her approach to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and guiding people back to the activities they love. With specialised training in women’s health, including pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, and pregnancy/postpartum care, Aleea bridges the gap between musculoskeletal and pelvic health. She supports women through pregnancy and beyond, helping them rebuild trust in their bodies and return to meaningful movement, whether that means lifting a baby or returning to high-level sport. Aleea also works closely with gymnasts, dancers, pole athletes, and aerialists. Her background allows her to understand the unique biomechanical challenges these athletes face, from overuse injuries to complex movement dysfunction, and help them continue training safely. She combines clinical expertise with genuine empathy, taking the time to listen, problem-solve, and create a safe space for recovery. Outside the clinic, Aleea enjoys good food, ocean swims, and if you’re lucky, you may even catch her dancing in the hallways

Serhan Segitmen

Physiotherapist

Serhan is a compassionate and encouraging physiotherapist with a strong passion for helping people return to sport and back to what they love doing. Over the past decade, he has and still plays football (soccer), Oztag, and cricket - but his empathetic, patient-first approach means he enjoys treating all injuries and conditions, not just sport-related ones. Serhan takes the time to fully understand what’s going on and what matters most to you. He tailors treatment to your goals and will guide you through rehab with clear direction and genuine support. An optimist by nature, he believes that if there’s a safe pathway back to work, sport, or the activities you love, it’s worth pursuing. Outside the clinic, Serhan runs PhysioScout, a football injury-analysis page that uses video analysis to diagnose injuries through a biomechanical lens. This work has led to features on platforms such as The Sun, FourFourTwo, SportsBible & VALD Performance. He also runs NRLFantasyScout, combining his love of sport with fantasy analysis. Serhan has a particular interest in knee and ankle injuries, shaped by his own ACL injuries and his ongoing writing and education in these areas. He also enjoys treating lower-limb muscle injuries - especially hip, hamstring, quad, and calf issues common in football and Oztag. Whether your goal is to get back to sport, return to work, chasing the kids, or simply move without fear, Serhan combines education, hands-on care, and progressive exercise-based rehab to help you build confidence, step by step. He believes great physiotherapy is about meeting people where they’re at, listening properly, and tailoring a plan that facilitates movement and fits your lifestyle, so that you feel supported, capable, and in control of your recovery. On weekends, Serhan loves a good sauna-and-massage combo, overspending on coffee, spending time at his local church, and proudly cheering on his Bulldogs, Knicks and Piastri. Previously not a Hills boy, he now spends 90% of his week in the Hills region.

As an NBL1 Basketball Player and Australian 3×3 Basketball representative, Jayden has navigated injuries, rehab, and the pressure of wanting to get back on the court — fast. That experience doesn't just inform how he treat athletes. It changes everything about how he listens to them. Jayden works with active people who've been sidelined by injury and want to return to the sport they love without the fear of breaking down again. His approach is built around you as a whole person: your sport, your goals, your life outside the clinic, and the movements that actually matter to you. Whether you're chasing a return to competition, trying to keep up with your kids, or just wanting to move through your day without pain — Jayden will build your rehab around the life you want to get back to, not a generic protocol. His doctoral research was focused on teaching patients and families to independently manage their conditions. So rather than keeping you dependent on appointments, his goal is to give you the tools and understanding to take control of your own recovery. Away from the clinic, you'll find Jayden on the court, chasing a good coffee, or out on a road trip with my wife and two kids..
