Telehealth appointments are available for a range of health issues, but if you feel you need direct treatment for an injury or a physical examination you may need to book an in-person appointment.

Initial Consultation
Sport and exercise have always been a huge part of my life having played cricket, golf, football (soccer) and tennis. Whilst more recently I have competed triathlons and various running races. Naturally this has presented with various physical challenges and injuries which I have had to deal with, giving me an understanding of how the body recovers and responds to different movements. The part I love most about being a Physiotherapist is working out what is causing the pain and being able to problem solve a plan to fix the issue. All this whilst getting to meet different people on a daily basis and being able to make an active difference to their daily lives. The feeling of seeing someone achieve their goal, no matter how big or small, is what makes being a Physiotherapist so rewarding.
