I have a strong interest in working with athletes, I find equal satisfaction in helping people manage everyday aches and pains — the kinds of issues that can linger quietly but significantly impact quality of life, mood, and daily function.
Clinically, I have a particular interest in treating pelvic pain, upper back and neck discomfort, jaw dysfunction, and headaches. I believe in the importance of proactive care — we only get one body, and taking care of it should be a priority for everyone. I especially enjoy working with clients who are motivated to understand their bodies and invest in long-term wellness.
After becoming a physiotherapist, I became increasingly aware of the lack of support and education around continence and pelvic floor health. This motivated me to undertake further training in women’s health physiotherapy, with a focus on pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, constipation, pregnancy-related care, postnatal recovery, and pelvic organ prolapse. I’m passionate about empowering women through all stages of life with evidence-based care and practical tools.
