  • Prachi is a passionate and experienced physiotherapist with over 14 years of experience, graduating in 2009 and working in both India and Australia. She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and also the Women’s Health Training Associates (WHTA) ensuring you receive the highest quality of care.  Prachi believes in creating personalised treatment plans that address your specific needs and goals. She utilizes specific hands-on techniques like Maitland and Mulligan’s combining with a tailored exercise prescription giving the patient a holistic approach, considering all aspects of their health and lifestyle to achieve optimal results. Prachi is also trained/experienced in Dry needling and myofascial cupping techniques to help with pain management. Prachi’s diverse background includes working in various settings like private practice, hospitals, and community-based clinics. This experience allows her to treat a wide range of conditions, including: Musculoskeletal injuries (e.g., back pain, joint pain, sports injuries) Neurological conditions Cardiorespiratory rehabilitation Prachi also has a dedicated focus on women’s pelvic health issues, with a particular interest in: Incontinence, Antenatal and Postnatal Care, Prolapse and Pelvic pain Prachi also has a keen interest in Chronic Pain Management, falls prevention, neurorehabilitation and postoperative rehabilitation.
