I’ve always known I wanted to become a physiotherapist, after experiencing firsthand just how much of a difference physiotherapy can make. Growing up on the Northern Beaches, I was heavily involved in a variety of sports including touch football, netball, soccer, and water polo. Like many young athletes, I picked up a few injuries along the way — and it was the physiotherapists who helped me recover, rebuild, and return to the field feeling stronger than before.
Those early experiences sparked a long-standing passion for helping others overcome injury and move with confidence — both on the sporting field and in everyday life. Over the years, I’ve developed a particular interest in treating lower limb injuries and managing post-operative rehabilitation, especially following orthopaedic surgeries. Having supported close family members through lower back and knee operations, I’ve seen the transformative power of physiotherapy and exercise-based recovery from both a professional and personal perspective.
I have expanded my practice into Women’s Health physiotherapy, which has quickly become a deeply meaningful part of my work. I have developed experience in treating pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy-related musculoskeletal pain, abdominal separation, and supporting postnatal recovery. I’m committed to providing evidence-based care, clear and compassionate education, and personalised rehabilitation programs that empower women to understand their bodies, regain confidence, and feel supported at every stage of life.
