I’m Salim, a physiotherapist working at Narellan Central Medical Centre.
I’m very passionate about getting on top of your aches and niggles, and helping you move better! I've have had my fair share of injuries and pains growing up, and know what its like to put your trust in a physiotherapist.
I have a background of playing soccer and weight-lifting, but found myself questioning why I had more aches the more active I was. With a background of health, I decided to pursue physiotherapy. From there I learnt that being active is great, but I was pushing my body further than it could handle. This actually caused me to regress in not only my athletic goals, but also in daily household tasks such as sitting on the computer and walking.
So I started from scratch, and worked smarter, not harder. Now, I’m a big advocate in moving your body, but moving it correctly.
So if you’re looking to get out of pain, move more and move better, manage injuries, or simply take your training to the next level, let’s have a chat and see how I can help you reach your goals.
