Jordan is a highly experienced Clinic Co-Prinicipal with over six years of experience across private practice, the NHS, and competitive sport in the UK and Australia. He holds a First Class Honors degree in Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University and has developed a broad clinical skill set managing musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, complex conditions and sports-related injuries.
Jordan has a particular clinical interest in lower limb injuries, especially knee and ankle conditions, with extensive experience in ACL rehabilitation, return-to-sport rehabilitation and performance-focused programming. He takes an evidence-based approach to rehabilitation, using the latest clinical research alongside his clinical experience to develop individualised treatment and exercise programs designed to achieve the best possible outcomes for each client.
Jordan's approach combines physiotherapy with his strong background in strength and conditioning. In England, he completed both a Personal Training qualification and a Gym Circuit training course, giving him a strong understanding of exercise prescription, strength development, conditioning and progressive loading. He also holds a dry needling qualification, which he may incorporate alongside exercise-based rehabilitation where appropriate.
Alongside his clinical work, Jordan works in semi-professional rugby league, providing pitch-side assessment, injury management and rehabilitation within a competitive sporting environment. This experience has strengthened his ability to manage acute sporting injuries, develop return-to-play programs and work closely with athletes, coaches and other healthcare professionals to support a safe and effective return to performance.
Jordan believes effective rehabilitation goes beyond simply reducing pain. His goal is to restore strength, movement, confidence and function, while giving clients the knowledge and tools to manage their recovery independently. Whether recovering from an injury, returning to sport or looking to improve physical performance, he works with each client to develop a clear and progressive plan tailored to their individual goals.
As Clinic Co-Prinicipal, Jordan is also passionate about clinical development and leadership. He is involved in mentoring other physiotherapists, supporting clinical education and contributing to the continued development of the clinic and its services.
Outside the clinic, Jordan enjoys staying active through gym training and playing and watching a variety of sports, particularly football and rugby. His passion for sport, exercise and performance is reflected in his approach to physiotherapy, helping people of all abilities return to the activities that matter most to them.
