With more than a decade of physiotherapy experience across both overseas and Australian settings, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life—each with their own unique story and goals. Throughout my career, I have treated a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, postural and ergonomic issues, vertigo, lymphoedema post–breast cancer, neurological concerns, and women’s health—supporting women through antenatal, postnatal, and lactation periods. My passion for physiotherapy led me to pursue a Master’s degree in the field, further deepening my knowledge and clinical skills. I have also completed a course in Nutrition in Physiotherapy, approved by the Florida Board of Physiotherapy, driven by my curiosity about how nutrition can complement physical rehabilitation. Additionally, I hold a Yoga Alliance–certified qualification , which allows me to integrate yoga into my physiotherapy practice—enhancing flexibility, strength, and mindfulness in recovery. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic. Outside of clinical practice, I have a keen interest in yoga, swimming, and badminton, which has fueled my passion for treating sports injuries and helping clients return to peak performance.

Rafferty graduated from the University of Queensland in 2025 with a Bachelor's of Physiotherapy (Honours). While studying, Raff previously worked for almost three years as an Allied Health Assistant with physiotherapists and occupational therapists at The Wesley Hospital. Raff grew to love the profession and saw the value in working with people from different backgrounds. This year Raff came to Sydney to start studying a Doctor of Medicine, and to work as a physio in a new environment. He hopes these two things will complement each other. Raff's approach is aimed at focusing on exercise and self-management, aiming to help the client take control of their injury independently, while also providing any massage or manual therapy that may be needed at the time In Raff's spare time he enjoys going to the gym, eating out with friends, or exploring the new city of Sydney. He has also been learning the saxophone and wants to take up boxing or judo soon - feel free to ask him.
