James holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University in Brisbane. His professional journey has seen him gain valuable physiotherapy experience in both hospital and private practice settings across Queensland and the Northern Territory. James has further honed his skills by contributing to the well-being of athletes in Rugby Union and Netball clubs in Brisbane. His focal areas of interest encompass the management of sporting injuries, pre/post-surgical rehabilitation, and addressing neurological conditions. Employing a collaborative and client centred approach, James tailors his treatments to align with the goals of each individual. He combines hands-on therapeutic techniques, targeted strengthening exercises, and personalised gym programs, all with a focus on prioritising the client's goals.
