Telehealth appointments are available for a range of health issues, but if you feel you need direct treatment for an injury or a physical examination you may need to book an in-person appointment.
New Patient - Initial Consult
Follow-up
Calum developed a strong interest in training and rehabilitation from a young age, having grown up in a health- and athletics-focused family.
He has a particular passion for rehabilitating musculoskeletal injuries, whether they’re related to:
Sports – such as sprained ankles, dislocated shoulders, or muscular imbalances from weight training
Occupational factors – including shoulder pain from overhead lifting or back tightness caused by prolonged sitting
General aches or conditions – issues from daily activities including gardening, post surgery or just general deconditioning.
Calum takes a hands-on approach to physiotherapy, using manual techniques to accurately assess and treat each condition. Where appropriate, he incorporates his background in running and weight training to support tailored exercise-based recovery plans.
