Annie Hayes

Annie has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University. Annie runs many of our Pilates classes and is considerate of incorporating these rehab techniques to her clients in a way that will work for them. Annie has a background in general hands-on musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation. She has completed additional training in clinical manual lymphatic drainage to extend her skills into cancer care, an area she is extremely passionate about. Annie loves helping people of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals and supporting them in returning to their full function. Annie is very personable and the relationships she builds with her clients is extremely supportive and warm.
