With a Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of Limerick, Cillian is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with extensive expertise in delivering both hands-on Physiotherapy treatment, as well as personalised rehabilitation programs. He is qualified to teachPilates, and has also worked with stroke, Parkinson’s, Motor Neuron Disease, and head injury patients.

Isaac is an experienced physiotherapist with a strong interest in exercise prescription and rehabilitation. He has a special interest in Sport/MSK pain and injuries, trauma, fractures and orthopedic rehab as well as shoulder and ACL rehab. With clinical experience at Mayo University Hospital, a busy acute care facility in Ireland, Isaac has expertise across orthopedics, surgery, and musculoskeletal and respiratory. Isaac enjoys supporting clients through tailored, evidence-based treatment programs.

With more than 20 years’ experience and a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy, Andrew has a strong interest in injury screening and development of effective exercise rehabilitation programs. He is Australia’s first Redcord Master Trainer.

Vanessa specialises in core stability training and musculoskeletal therapy. She is skilled at developing pre-and post-natal exercise programs to help women balance the physical and emotional challenges of parenthood.
