Graduating with a Master of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University, Todd is driven by his passion for working collaboratively with his clientele to achieve exceptional results.
Todd’s approach is grounded in empowering his clients to take control of their health to confidently achieve their goals. He draws on his expertise to aid in injury prevention, facilitate recovery from pain and injury and to improve performance after injury.
With extensive experience in elite and sub-elite Australian Rules Football in both the national talent pathway and VFLW, Todd has a great interest in treating sporting and orthopaedic injuries of the lower limb and spine. In particular, Todd prides himself in both the non-operative, pre- and post-operative treatment of of knee ligament injuries including ACL rehabilitation, helping to navigate his clients every step of the way from the initial diagnosis to a return to sport. Todd has also been lucky enough to work with and observe ACL surgery (among many other surgeries) with some of the most esteemed orthopaedic surgeons in Melbourne.
Todd most recently has also been involved in Netball, working closely with WDNA providing treatment to players, screening and injury prevention programs. He has a keen interest in the utility of strength and conditioning within rehab, where he regularly utilises fully equipped gyms through the ongoing partnerships between SNAP fitness and SportsFit Physio and Health.
When he’s not helping clients achieve their goals, Todd enjoys hiking, running (plodding) and strength training, good coffee, spending quality time with loved ones, reminiscing about the Brisbane Lions’ three-peat (glory days!) and exploring new destinations through travel – his next destination will be the dolomites and the Alps!
