Cam is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist based at our Footscray clinic who has been practising since 2012. He supports people who feel held back by pain, injury, or illness and who want to feel stronger and more capable in their bodies. Cam works with people who may feel uncertain about increasing exercise, especially if they’ve been dealing with long-term or complex conditions. He believes exercise is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve health, confidence, and quality of life. His approach focuses on building movement tolerance and strength gradually, helping clients regain trust in their bodies. With experience across chronic disease, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and military populations, Cam takes a practical, individualised approach. He views the body as an adaptable, interconnected system and treats rehabilitation as a collaborative process starting with an informed plan and refining it based on how each person responds. Whether someone is managing a long-term condition, returning from injury, or simply wanting to move with more ease and confidence, Cam creates structured, supportive sessions that meet people where they’re at and build capacity over time.
