Mel completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2010 at Southampton University in the UK. She worked across a wide variety of Physiotherapy disciplines, including within the NHS, with county rugby teams, with charities and within private practice. In 2018 Mel undertook further post-grad education with the Pelvic Obstetric Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) into Pelvic Health & Incontinence. Mel is also a Clinical Pilates instructor, having undertaken extensive training with the APPI.
Mel combines her background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with her passion for pelvic health to empower you and guide you in your recovery.
In her spare time, Mel enjoys cycling, hiking, and heading to the beach with her family.
